Doctors will be available to take your calls between 11am –11:30am Monday to Friday, and nurses will be available to take your calls between 11:15am - 11:45am Monday to Friday.

During this time we can briefly discuss results, some medical complaints and requests for home visits. We will not accept calls for repeat prescriptions or administrative problems.

We have a practice policy not to interrupt a consultation unless it is a medical emergency, so please be patient if you are asked to hold or to leave your telephone number so that the doctor can ring you back.
