"I have been a patient of this practice for around 10 years now - and it is by far the best practice I have ever attended. During this time, I have received very good treatment from (probably almost all!!) current and previous doctors and nurses. The practice offers great "value added" services from the nursing staff - such as the triage-style system which can be accessed at very short notice when the doctors' surgeries are full, the mental health service and sexual health screening. I enjoy the relaxed, yet professional, service offered by the doctors, and have always felt that my concerns have been addressed in a caring and thorough way. Onward referrals have also always been well-handled and swift. The reception staff are equally friendly and efficient - and are always concerned enough to ask how I'm doing - when their (very-limited!) time allows! All in all, I consider myself very lucky to be on the list of this practice - and hope our relationship continues for a long time to come!"

"I have been at this practice when they first stared out on canal street. Over the years I have had many visits. They have ALWAYS looked after me in a caring respectful way. I always see my doctor, who is just fantastic every time I go. They have looked after my health issues for many years now and have had no problems what's so ever . AS for the Reception staff, they are so helpful and polite. So when I have read the negative comments some people have wrote I find it very hard to believe. Any way 10/10 for a superb practice. "Doctors who listen! Doctors who realise the discomfort and pain you are in and work to remove that pain. Doctors who are not judgemental. Nursing staff who follow the same ethos as the doctors. They are there to help and work to getting you better even when it is a long haul and may take many years. They are all with you for the duration. I've moved around and been a member of several practices. This is one of the very few practices I have felt confident in the doctors and nursing staff. I would strongly recommend them to anyone"

"I have been a patient for about 10 years and initially I had little need to visit but generally I was able to get a convenient appointment within a reasonable period of time. Over the past 2 years I have been a more frequent visitor and in particular the 2 main receptionists have got to know me and have always been very helpful and friendly. The doctor has always been very open and fully explained issues with me which has dispelled any qualms I might have had. One factor which has always impressed me is the ability to run more or less to time which is helpful when the traffic wardens are on the prowl. Lastly I always like the general good humour in the surgery when I meet the receptionists, nurses and of course my doctor. I would have no hesitation in recomending The Docs."
